Gerald "Jerry" Keegan

Gerald A. “Jerry” Keegan, Beloved husband of Mary (O’Donnell) Keegan, passed away on April 9, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 4, 1932, in Stamford, CT to the late Gerald A. and Margaret (Butler) Keegan.

Jerry was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 41 Stamford CT, the South Norwalk Boat Club and a former member of the Oak Hills Men’s Association.  He was an avid golfer and loved playing at Oak Hills Park Golf Course every weekend.

In addition to his wife Mary, Jerry is survived by his two sons: Kevin Keegan and Brian Keegan (Jennifer). He also leaves behind four cherished grandchildren: Samantha, Colleen, Troy, and Tyler Keegan. In addition, he is survived by his sister-in-law, Catherine McCabe as well as many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday April 11, 2024, from 4-8pm at Magner Funeral Home 12 Mott Ave. Norwalk, CT. A mass of Christian Burial will be Friday April 12, 2024, 10:00am at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave. Norwalk, followed by a burial with full military honors at St. Johns Cemetery 223 Richards Ave. Norwalk.
